1. Notifications - the current notification system in iOS can be quite irritating, especially when we are caught in a game or in a telephone conversation. The new notification system, also called Notifications Canter, is much easier to digest (somewhat similar to that of Android OS): we only have to swipe our finger over the screen from top to bottom to access notifications, and there is also a small "x" button that we can use to delete them.

2. Newsstand - in iOS 5, users can easily track subscriptions to online magazines or newspapers directly from NewsStand.

3.Twitter - finally, Apple has made the changes long awaited by users, namely the addition of the option to share directly on Twitter from the Camera and Photo App. Also, contacts in the phone will be able to be synchronized with those on Twitter.

4. Safari Reader – a new feature of the Safari browser for iOS, offering the possibility to read free books to users of devices running this operating system. Also, Reading List is another feature of the mobile browser that is worth mentioning, it allows users to create a list of links that they want to read later, the list that can be synchronized between various devices such as Mac, iPad, iPod Touch and iPhone . And let's not forget to mention, the new browser will support tabs.

5. Reminder - As the name suggests, this is an application that allows users to set reminders that can be synchronized between multiple devices and which, due to feature's location sense, create / display location-based reminders (geo location).

6. Camera - users will be able to take pictures using the volume keys or directly from the lockcrenn, without having to enter the unlock password (if they use one). In addition, photos can be reduced or enlarged directly from the Camera.

7. Split Keyboard - in iOS 5 the keyboard can be divided into several parts if you pull it.

8. Dictionary - iOS 5 comes bundled with an integrated dictionary that can be used by all applications in the AppnStore.

9. PC Free - starting with iOS 5, users will no longer need a PC or Mac to activate the device with this operating system. Also, iOS 5 users will receive updates only for what will change in the operating system (delta updates).

10. New Game Center - in iOS 5 users will be able to receive recommendations about games and even recommendations about possible friends from social networks. In addition, the games will be able to be bought and downloaded directly from the Game Center.

11. iMessage - a new messenger application in iOS 5, through which users can share text messages, photos, video clips and contacts from the phone. In addition, they will also receive delivery reports and will be notified in real time when others type the answers.
