Nokia announces X and X+, the first phones with Android

Nokia officially launches its first Android devices, called X and X+, on the stage of the annual Mobile World Congress press conference. The X will have the dimensions of 4 inches, the 840 x 480 IPS screen, 512MB RAM, 4GB microSD card slot and a 3MP camera, while the Android X+ has, in addition to the X, 768MB RAM and a 4GB microSD card included . It does not contain Google applications or the Game Store, but in any case they are based on AOSP Android OS. In the Nokia Store we can find Here Maps, MixRadio, Skype and Outlook. You can access all this from the Nokia Store, but without Google Play.

The new devices contain a ported version of FastLane for Asha devices, to provide a similar experience to other phones. On these two devices, a kind of notification appears that shows us recently used applications, missed calls and messages, as well as other activities. Android X is available in large stores and costs 89 euros. While the Android X+ will cost 99 euros, but it will not be available until the middle of this year.
