"Microphone modes are currently unavailable" is a proproblem for many users of iPhone which is trying to activate Voice Isolation or Wide Spectrum during voice calls.

Normally, all models of iPhone XS or later should support this voice filtering feature during phone calls with the release iOS 16.4.

If the function is not available, close the call, restart iPhone, then call again. In my case it worked on all models iPhone mentioned before.
