Two new things for Android users

For iPhone and iPad users, we have two new things for Android, namely:

      1. The beloved Firefox browser has now also arrived on the Android platform.

      2. Android 2.2 will include full Adobe Flash support.

Firefox Mobile is now available in pre-alpfha version, and it will take you some time until the final version. If you are running Android version 2.0 or higher and feel the need to test this version as a guinea pig, you can download it now. However, the good news is that it won't be long before you see Firefox available on one of our favorite mobile platforms.

We're not sure when Android 2.2 will be available – there's no release date announced yet. But when it is, the iPhone can't be far behind, with the full support of Adobe Flash. It is known that Android 2.2, also known as Froyo, if it arrives before Flash becomes completely irrelevant.

Is Firefox an advantage for the iPhone? Well, if the popular Opera Mini browser was allowed in the sacred App Store, could Firefox Mobile be far behind?
