Apple released iOS 9.3.4 – Security Fix & Jailbreak Killer [download update links]
Not long after the release of iOS 9.3.3, Apple released on August 5, 2016, a new update for iPhone, iPad and iPod devices.
This is an update that we can consider "critical" because it solves some major security issues, but about which Apple did not provide detailed information.
With this update, Apple closed the possibility of jailbreaking with PanGu iOS 9.3.3, developed by a team from China. In other words, if you are a jailbroken iOS 9.3.3 user, updating to iOS 9.3.4 is not recommended. This recommendation does not mean that our team supports the jailbreak of iOS devices. I have always been of the opinion that security and good functioning of a system are ahead of free premium applications and other customization options.
The update from iOS 9.3.3 to iOS 9.3.4 can be done via iTunes or from the iPhone / iPad menu, at Settings > General > Software Update.
In agreement with Apple's announcements so far. until September, when iOS 10 will be released, the current system will not receive updates that bring new options or changes to the interface.
