Problems activating iMessage and FaceTime for phone numbers in the Telekom Romania network

Are used iPhone (iPhone 6 cu iOS 8.3) and Mac (MacBook Pro cu OS X Yosemite 10.10.3) And more than two weeks I noticed that messages received on iPhone no longer redirects to Mac. After a more thorough investigation, I found that on the iPhone, my phone number was not associated with applications / services FaceTime si iMessage, And therefore is no longer redirect.

I used SMS Forwarding, option available on all iPhone types that have a SIM with phone number registered in the Apple network. With the launch of the operating system OS X Yosemite, Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), SMS Forwarding option introduced by a iPhone redirects to a Mac from same wireless network both normal messages (SMS-s), as well as those from other iPhone users through the iMessages network. The latter being messages sent for free / non-taxable, which, in addition to SMS, allow the sending and receiving of media content. The condition for this option to be functional is that the phone number on the iPhone is registered in the Apple network. More precisely, the options imessages and FaceTime to be enabled telephone number.
Around April 1, 2015 (it was probably a bad joke by the mobile phone operator), the phone number in the network TELEKOM Romania, it no longer appeared as registered in the Apple network, and consequently the iMessages and FaceTime services were automatically disabled. Their activation is possible only with Apple IDacquis, but it allows only association of e-mail to the two services. No association and telephone number.
After completely resetting the iPhone several times, I tried N activation tutorials, I deleted all the data on iOS, I even went to change the SIM, the problem persisted. "Waiting for activation"And after how many hours"Activation unsuccessful. Turn on iMessage to try again".

In addition for each activation attempt I was fee charged at international SMS. For those who do not know, any activation or attempt to activate these services is charged for an international SMS. Both. Only upon activation. After activation, both FaceTime calls and iMessages messages are free (if you have a data subscription, be careful not to exceed the number of MB included in the subscription).

I contacted him six times support from Telekom (1234) and I was surprised to find that some operators have no idea what iMessage and FaceTime mean. In one conversation I was "walked" to three operators from two departments, until I came across the fourth one who knew what it was about. Even a mulberry recommended me to stop sending messages through the Messages application and to use "the iPhone directly". I didn't quite understand how this came about. I will probably write the message on the iPhone with a marker pen and then throw it at the recipient. Finally, it is certain that after repeated calls and discussions with several operators, the answer was always the same. "We are sorry, but there is no problem with us that would prevent you from activating these services on your phone number".
The problem has not been solved even at this time and from what I see on the forums there are many people who are complaining. I'm not putting my hand in the fire, though, because the problem is with Telekom. It is possible that the telephone numbers in the Telekom network have been blocked unintentionally by Apple.
If you have this problem or if you have had it and found a solution, I invite you to leave your comments.
I will come back with updates as I get new data. Until then, I will make a little extra cost with trying to activate the services. ;-)

PS. In comments you can sign and decent aliases (like XYZ).
